The Faculty of Industrial Technology Universitas Trisakti organized an inauguration and engineer oath-taking ceremony for the Professional Engineer Program (PSPPI) Batch 1 of the Odd Semester 2023/2024 on Thursday, May 2, 2024. This solemn event marks an important milestone for 50 new engineers who have completed their professional education. The event was attended by university leaders, engineering deans, PII Secretary General, PII officials, Program Study leaders within the scope of FTI-Trisakti, and not forgetting the PSPPI lecturers, both regular and industrial.
The procession began with the Vice Rector I placing sashes, medal presentation by the Rector, helmet fitting by the PII Secretary General, and the handing over of folders containing certificates and the Engineer Oath by the Dean of FTI to the new engineers. Subsequently, the engineer oath-taking was conducted under the direct supervision of the Rector of Universitas Trisakti.
The Rector of Universitas Trisakti, Prof. Dr. Ir. Kadarsah Suryadi, DEA, expressed his pride and appreciation for the graduates’ achievements in his speech.
“Today, we celebrate the outstanding achievement of the graduates of the professional engineer program. They have undergone a long journey, absorbing the knowledge and skills needed to become part of the esteemed engineer community,” said Prof. Dr. Ir. Kadarsah Suryadi, DEA.
It is a proud achievement with the graduation of all students from Batch 1 of PSPPI FTI Trisakti completing their studies on time. Additionally, the acquisition of the Professional Engineer (IP) title from PII is closely related to the issuance of the Engineer Identity Card for Indonesian engineers to contribute and serve the country.
The entire Faculty of Industrial Technology leadership congratulates and wishes success to the new Engineers.
