The Faculty of Industrial Technology, Universitas Trisakti held an Inauguration and Oath Taking event for Engineers in the Professional Engineer Program Study Program (PSPPI) Batch II Even Semester FY. 2023/2024 on Monday, October 21, 2024. This event marks an important step for 51 new Engineers who have completed Professional Education. The event was attended by University Leaders, Deans of the Faculty of Engineering, Executive Director of the PII Secretariat Executive Board, PII Officials, Heads of Study Programs within the scope of FTI-Usakti, PPI permanent lecturers and Industry lecturers.

The procession began with the installation of a sash by the Vice Chancellor III, the medal by the Chancellor, the helmet by the Executive Director of the PII Secretariat Executive Board and the submission of a folder containing certificates and Engineer Oaths by the Dean of FTI to prospective new engineers. Furthermore, the taking of the Engineer’s Oath / Promise was led directly by the Rector of Universitas Trisakti.

The Rector of Universitas Trisakti, Prof. Dr. Ir. Kadarsah Suryadi, DEA, in his speech expressed his pride and appreciation for the achievements of the graduates.

In addition, the acquisition of the Professional Engineer (IP) title from PII is closely related to the issuance of the Engineer Registration Certificate (STRI) for Indonesian Engineers to work for the country.

The entire leadership of the Faculty of Industrial Technology congratulates and wishes success to the New Engineers.
